Amaze Destination Managed is a logistical support organisation that provides their services to sport teams and their entourage.
They were founded in 2021 and report on a global basis, with international offices ranging in the following cities, Manchester (UK), Madrid (Spain), Vienna (Austria), Amsterdam (Netherlands).

Problem
Amaze Destination Managed required a way for their clients to store and access their invoices easily, whilst being able to support them logistically. Their previous system consisted of managing invoices through spreadsheets, which brought about difficulty regarding how time- consuming changes were becoming.
Solution
GAIN LINE was able to create a hyper-intelligent system that builds up information regarding payments made by Amaze Destinations’ clients (professional sports clubs who are participating in matches or training camps internationally). The system allows invoices to be easily collected and downloaded as a result, to be returned to the appropriate club.
Essentially, GAIN LINE was able to transform an old process that used outdated spreadsheets, into a generative web system that allows a seamless sped up process absent of sluggish documents.
Result
GAIN LINE’s work for Amaze Destination Managed resulted in greater consistency across all teams, thanks to the seamless integration between ADM’s data input and their financial system.
Another great result that transpired out of GAIN LINE’s work for ADM was ensuring stability amongst their international offices. Amaze were granted the same management style no matter their location, meaning each worldwide branch was able to take advantage of the web system put in place.
