GAIN LINE received the standard award due to reaching the acquired levels within each category, highlighting the understanding from employees of what GAIN LINE wants to achieve and the passion they have towards achieving it. The Investors In People process showed that employees can see a future for themselves at GAIN LINE and are actively encouraged to develop their careers in ways that match their motivations and medium to longer-term aspirations.
We are committed to providing the best environment for our team and with that we are proud to have developed a strong work/life balance with our remote-first approach, and the results showed that GAIN LINE has created a strong culture of collaborating and working together to get the best results for the clients and the business. With strong communication activities being in place to keep everyone informed, involved and supported, a cohesive team has been created within the remote working environment.
GAIN LINE wanted to join Investors In People to showcase to clients the excellence and commitment to business and people management. It was a great opportunity to enhance performance and achieve goals by effectively managing and nurturing the workforce.
Our commitment to our people is continuous and does not stop at gaining our IIP accreditation.
