Your Responsibilities
As our Marketing Executive, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our new brand and service offering.
- Develop and implement our marketing strategy in line with our overall sale goals
- Create awareness of and develop the GAIN LINE brand
- Produce creative content, including videos, imagery and blog posts
- Run social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance audience engagement
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management
- Monitor and report on competitor activity
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
Your Skills & Experience
We have a startup mentality and with that, you’ll find that you might wear a few hats as the company develops. With this in mind, we are looking for go-getters with a resilient and entrepreneurial spirit who are not afraid to make mistakes albeit learn from them and move forward. Some key skills / character-traits we’d think you have are:
- One year’s experience in a similar role either as an apprentice or graduate programme in digital marketing
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mentality
- The ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
- Creative copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing content
- Analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
- Drive and self-motivation
- A flexible approach to work
- Able to work well under pressure
- Native experience with all digital channels including paid, owned, shared and earned
